Mark has been a Family Law Accredited Specialist since 1996 and specialises in family law property and parenting mediations.

Christine Jones – Solicitor & Nationally Accredited Mediator

Christine is a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Since 1991 Christine has facilitated a diverse range of mediations.

Her extensive dispute resolution experience includes, but is not limited to, court referred disputes, settlement conferences, family dispute resolution, estate disputes, workplace and organisational conflict and cross-cultural mediations.

Her conflict resolution experience also includes estate disputes, workplace and organisational conflict, and family dispute resolution.

Christine’s experience is highly regarded at the Dispute Resolution Branch, Department of Justice & Attorney-General’s Department of Queensland, where she is looked to for training and coaching new mediators.

Our fees are:

Full Day Mediation (capped at 8 hours) $3,600.00 plus GST

Half Day Mediation (capped at 4 hours) $1800.00 plus GST

These fees include the review of any mediator’s brief provided by the parties and an intake session with each party at the commencement of the mediation (approximately 30 minutes per party). Please note if multiple parties extra fees may apply.

SJP has boardroom facilities as well as a break out room. We are also able to mediate at your professional offices

and can source neutral venues if that is the preference of the parties.

We are negotiable with travel costs depending on the needs of the parties.
